Position Title

Evening Customer Service Support

Position Description

Lincoln Land Community College is seeking a qualified person to provide part-time evening support to students and instructors at Lincoln Land Community College-Medical District.

This non-benefited position will be responsible for the following duties:

Answer phones, take messages, and return calls as needed.
Take registrations and collect payments for classes & schedule appointments.
Provide support for the instructors and staff including scanning/copying, proctoring tests, keeping attendance records, prepping massage clinic paperwork, developing newsletters, and assisting with social media.
Greet and direct all incoming students and/or visitors.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay will be $15.00 per hour. Work hours will be Monday through Thursday from 4:30PM to 8PM.

Position Requirements

Requirements include the following:

High School diploma or equivalent
One year relevant work experience
Computer competency, particularly in Microsoft Office products
Excellent customer service skills
